The two brothers and sister under arrest in southern Colorado following a nationwide manhunt that ended with a chase, crash and shooting on I-25 earlier this week face a court appearance Friday.
Lee Grace Dougherty, Dylan Dougherty Stanley and Ryan Dougherty all face advisement in Walsenburg court on charges including first degree attempted murder of a police officer.
They're accused of firing a weapon at the Walsenburg police chief Wednesday just prior to their arrests.
The action was dramatic during the moments of the Dougherty gang's apprehension. Conversations between witnesses and 911 dispatchers prove that.
